The Problem

Bajaj Finance needed a sustainable way to consistently engage its massive audience with high-quality, relevant video content — at a scale, speed and cost-efficiency that traditional shoot-based production alone couldn't sustain.

Our Approach

We designed a hybrid AI + creative production pipeline, purpose-built for scale. Every brief starts at Receiving the Asset — topic, product, duration, CTAs, disclaimers and reference links — then splits down an AI-or-non-AI path. AI briefs move through prompt-based GPT scripting, auto-structured from the brief; non-AI briefs go through manual human scripting with feedback rounds. From there, Visual Selection mixes Heygen AI avatars with Envato stock footage matched to script tone and content, while shoot-based briefs move through planning, shoot and storage. Video Assembly integrates avatar narration, stock, supers and branding, aligned to platform guidelines, before Client Review happens directly on Bajaj Finance's own custom Playbook software — a consolidated feedback loop that turns revisions into a final upload, in record time. The result was four distinct video formats in active rotation: shoot-based video, two-character AI video, single-avatar AI video, and AI video with presets.
